We sell products on an ex-works basis. This simply means its a collection price.

The export and shipping costs to your destination port are not included in our prices.

You deal directly with our trusted freight forwarder. For export orders, the goods are collected by your representatives from our warehouse in Jepara, Java. 

Orders will be shipped from Semarang Port; the UN/LOCODE of this port is IDSRG. which is the closest port from our warehouse in Jepara.

Please note: There is no container shipping port in Bali. All items made in Bali have to be trucked by road and sea to the main island of Java for ocean freight shipping.
