It works the same as the quotations, click on an order and it opens with full product details and the View Details button and send us a message relating to the order.

Projects & Tasks (Production)

Here you can track the progress of your order through our production system.

When you click on your order, you will go to tasks where you can see what stage of production your order has reached.

In the example, if you were to click on Production Progress SO-1234, you will see more information about the order. Including the estimated completion Deadline. However, this is just an approximate date, as there are many factors out of our control. For example, different sub-contractors working to different lead-times and schedules, national holidays and weather are all major factors.

There is a messaging system where you can send us messages and ask questions.

All messages relating to the production of your order, any emails, pictures of products, QC pictures etc we have sent to you by email, are all automatically added here.

We have the following production stages.

  • In Production (This is when you order is processed and production starts. Please remember if you have ordered wooden furniture, the wood goes into a kiln oven to be dried for 2 to 3 weeks before production starts on these products. We normally don't send any pictures during this stage as there isn't much to see yet.)

  • In Quality Control (This is when the first products have been completed and our quality control staff check the products to make sure everything is perfect. If any goods are rejected, they are reworked until they pass our QC inspection. We will send you photos and videos of the products completed for your order to approve.)

  • In Consolidation & Packing (This is when your order is complete, and the goods are being packed and trucked to our warehouse ready for shipment.)

  • Order Ready to Collect (At this stage the order is now complete and you can arrange the collection of your order, normally through a freight forwarder. We will send you photos of all the goods packed)

  • Order Collected (Your order has been collected from our warehouse and it has started its journey to you. We will send you photos of the products being loaded.)

Please remember that we are dealing with many craftsmen, who will be making the products on different lead times. The reason for this could be how busy they are, the quantities ordered, or how difficult the product is to make. One may take 1 week to complete the products, and another 2 months.

When your order moves to In Quality Control this means some of the items have been completed. It doesn't mean the whole order has been completed. Every order will be in both In Production and In Quality Control at the same time, until everything is made and passed by our quality control team.

Tickets

Here you can follow the tickets and contact forms you have sent to us, in this portal.

If you completed a Help Desk ticket or a Shipping Quote request. They will be handled by our support team and stay in the ticket system.

If you click on the ticket, again it opens up a messaging system where you can follow up and chat to our support team.

However, if you have completed any of the Custom Products Inquiry, Update Quotations, or the Place an Order forms. These will be moved from the ticket system and be sent to our sales team to process. These will disappear out of the ticket system.

Container Calculators and Shipping Port finder

Quick Container Calculator

This is a quick way to calculate what container(s) you need, if you already know the total CBM of your order.

In the example below we have added the total CBM of the order as 80.00 m³, and the calculator calculates the best size containers to fit. The result is:

Total CBM: 80.00 m³

Containers Used:

- Container 1: 40ft HC (Used: 68.40 m³, Free Space: 0.00 m³)

- Container 2: 20ft (Used: 11.60 m³, Free Space: 18.10 m³)

Finally click the download button to keep the results. It will download as a PDF. You can keep this for future reference.

Please Note: The calculator does not save the information. Once you leave the page the calculation is lost.

Product Container Calculator

This is a more complex container calculator, where you can add individual products and their quantities to find what is the best size container(s).

The product quotations we will send to you includes the CBM of each product.

The first step is to add the Product Code, the CBM and the Quantity of each product you want into the calculator. Then click the Add Product button.

Keep repeating this process until you have added all the products you want to order.

You can see below we have added 3 products. Click the Calculate Container button

The result is:

Total CBM: 14.73 m³

Containers Used:

- Container 1: 20ft (Used: 14.73 m³, Free Space: 14.97 m³)

As you can see the container is half empty it's got Free Space: 14.97 m³

You can now either add more products to the calculator by adding them in the Add products section, or increase the quantities. For ease let's double the quantities.

When you are adjusting the products or quantities. Click the Calculate Container button again to recalculate.

You can now see the container is full. Free space is now only 0.25 m³.

If you want to remove a product, just click the remove button.

Finally click the download button to keep the results. It will download as a PDF. You can keep this for future reference, or send it to us as part of an order.

Warning: If you click the reset button everything with disappear! and you will have to start again.

Please Note: The calculator does not save the information. Once you leave the page the calculation is lost. Always download it.
